Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WikiSwipe mobile application ("the App") operated by ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Intellectual Property & Wikipedia Content Disclaimer

WikiSwipe is an independent educational tool designed to foster curiosity. The fact snippets presented within the App are derived from publicly available, open knowledge repositories under creative commons and public domain guidelines, notably Wikipedia's "Did You Know?" archive.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all educational content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While trivia items are sourced from reviewed historical and encyclopedic archives, we make no guarantees regarding complete factual perfection or fitness for specific academic purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SP. Z O.O., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the App.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
