WikiSwipe ("the App") is developed and published by ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ ("we", "us", or "our"). We are radically committed to your privacy.

1. Data Collection & Processing (Zero Data Practice)

WikiSwipe is engineered as a 100% offline, local-first application.

• No Account Required: You never have to create an account, log in, or provide your email address, phone number, or name.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics).
• No Advertising Trackers: We do not serve targeted or third-party ads (no AdMob, AppLovin, or Meta Audience Network).
• No Cloud Sync or Remote Storage: All user state (daily streaks, swipe counts, bookmarks, and category filters) is stored exclusively on your device via a local SQLite database and Apple's UserDefaults.

2. Apple Privacy Nutrition Labels

In accordance with Apple App Store guidelines:

• Data Used to Track You: None (0).
• Data Linked to You: None (0).
• Data Not Linked to You: None (0).

3. Local Device Permissions

The App may request optional local system permissions:

• Local Notifications: Used strictly to remind you of your daily trivia streak at your scheduled time. These notifications are scheduled locally on your iOS device via Apple's UserNotifications framework and do not communicate with external servers.

4. External Links & Wikipedia

When you tap the "Read full Wikipedia article" button, the link is presented via Apple's native SFSafariViewController directly to the official Wikipedia foundation website. We do not intermediate or track your browsing activity. Please refer to Wikimedia's privacy policy when browsing their websites.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), individuals have rights concerning their personal data. Because WikiSwipe does not collect, transmit, or process any personal data, we do not store, sell, or share personal information with any third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

WikiSwipe does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
